CULTURE CREATION
Throughout my career i’ve prioritized non-traditional ways to build connection and morale, from creating the “Outside Influence” Speaker Series to subsidising free tickets to conferences and events to orchestrating sports teams. It’s an important and sometimes neglected aspect of smart leadership.
TRAINING & EDUCATION
With departmental oversight responsibility, I’ve led specific training exercises like “Dark Arts of Account Management” and “Evaluating Creative” to “Sonic Branding”. I believe if you foster a learning environment, people will flourish and, importantly, stay.
